My boyfriend was recently in an accident and has recovered well, but he still has limited movement in his left hand and arm. He used to play MMOs all the time, so I bought him an Azeron Cyborg to make gaming easier, but it was still too difficult for him to use and we returned it.
While searching for alternatives, I saw a device that looked like a compact square block with a joystick that rests in the palm and programmable buttons on the other side, but I can't find it again. Does anyone know what this device might be, or have recommendations for accessible MMO controls? He hasn't been able to play for months, and I'd really love to help him get back to his hobby.

A Razer Tartarus Pro or another one-handed keypad could be easier than the Azeron. An MMO mouse with lots of side buttons is another possibility, especially if he can operate it comfortably with his right hand. Some less expensive models have around a dozen programmable buttons.
You might be thinking of the Move Master. It’s a compact control device with a joystick and programmable inputs, and it sounds very close to the design you described.
There’s also a one-handed keyboard-and-mouse device called the Ercham Mk1 being developed for either hand. It may be worth keeping an eye on as an upcoming option.
Don’t overlook foot pedals, such as the Elgato pedal. They can move a few important commands away from the hands and reduce the number of buttons he needs to operate.

Thank you! We found some information about the Move Master, and I think it could be a great fit.
