I'm currently using the Telstra TIM solution, but honestly, it's quite challenging to work with. I'm searching for a service that can forward MMS messages (you know, when people send pictures) to an email address. It would be even better if it could handle SMS messages too—sending them to a group of numbers and an email would be ideal. I'd love to switch away from TIM entirely but starting with just MMS to email would be a great first step.

I did some research a while back and unfortunately, TIM is still the best option despite its flaws. It's just lacking in user-friendliness and price. Other providers really don’t meet the mark for enterprise support either. If you're only looking for MMS to forward to email, you might find a couple of alternatives, but it might not be easy to transition away completely.
Don't forget about Twilio, they might have what you're looking for!
