Hey everyone! I have around 100 webpages that I need to take screenshots of weekly. The goal is to be able to show a business a screenshot of their competitor's product and its pricing, so I can say something like, "Your competitor was charging $X for this two weeks ago, but now they're charging $Y."
I could spend my Monday manually taking these screenshots, but I'm sure there's a better tool out there to automate this process. Does anyone know of a service that can help with this? Also, if I'm in the wrong place for this question, feel free to point me in the right direction!

I saw a recent post about an open-source tool for this. You might find it helpful. Have you tried searching for tools like that?
You might want to check out Playwright or Selenium. They're popular tools for automating webpage interactions and can capture screenshots too! There are quite a few options out there that can do this, just depends on your needs.
If you're open to it, there's a UI testing software I work on that captures web pages and compares them to past versions, highlighting differences. We initially tried a subscription model but kept it alive for free use. If you're interested, I can set you up for free!
I've used ScreenshotOne for similar tasks and found it really user-friendly, though the free plan limits you to 100 screenshots a month. It's worth a look!
You should consider Changedetection.io. It's great for this purpose! You can either self-host it or use their affordable hosted version. It also has features to track price or stock changes, which could be super useful for your scenario!
Thanks for the tip! I'm checking it out!
