I need help finding a USB 3.1 hub that can work with my USB Type-C to 5G Ethernet adapter. Currently, I'm using the OWC 11-Port Thunderbolt Dock, but it's only providing me with speeds below 1 GIG when connected to my MacBook Pro M1 from 2020. My internet plan is 2Gig, and I can get those speeds when connecting directly. Are there any hubs out there that would help me achieve the proper speeds?

Your current hub should actually work with a 5G Ethernet dongle, regardless of whether it's USB A or C. Just make sure that your router and any switches you're using support 2.5 or 5G Ethernet as well. Sometimes, the bottleneck might also be on the router's side, or how everything is connected internally.
Yes, but I'm having trouble getting the same speeds using my SABRENT USB Type C to 5G Ethernet Adapter connected to the hub. It’s definitely faster when I connect directly to my MBP.
