Hey everyone! I'm trying to buy a used gaming PC that can handle streaming Valorant without breaking the bank. Right now, I'm on the lookout for anything under $700. My current build is pretty old (a 2016 setup with a 1050ti and 16GB of RAM) and I'm not too picky about being future-proof; I just want something decent for my streams. Here are some contenders I found:

**Top Picks**
1. $700: Ryzen 5 8600G, RTX 4060 Ti 16GB, 16GB RAM DDR5, 1TB SSD
2. $650: i5-13400, RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, 16GB RAM DDR5, 1TB SSD
3. $650: Ryzen 7 9700X (Zen 5), RTX 4060 8GB, 16GB RAM DDR4, 1TB SSD (I double-checked that it's not DDR5)

**Best Budget Option**
4. $475: Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 3070, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD

**Other Options (less ideal for streaming)**
5. $600: i5-12400F, RX 6700 XT, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
6. $600: Ryzen 5 5600X, RX 6750 XT, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
7. $550: i5-10400F, RX 6700 XT, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
8. $600: i5-12400, RTX 4060 8GB, 16GB DDR4, 512GB SSD
9. $500: Ryzen 5 5600X, RX 6600 8GB, 20GB RAM, 2TB SSD

I play Valorant almost exclusively, so I'm really trying to find the best value for the price. If it turns out that the first contestant is actually worth the extra $700, I'm willing to make it work! Thanks for any help!

I think Contestant #1 is a solid choice for the price! The RTX 4060 Ti paired with the Ryzen 5 8600G will give you plenty of power, especially for streaming. Plus, the extra VRAM will be beneficial in the long run for games and multitasking.

Just be aware, double-check on the CPU model. Some folks are mixing up the Ryzen models, so it's good to ask the seller for clarification.

Contestant #5 for $475 is a steal! With that Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 3070, you’ll be set for both Valorant and any future games you might want to try out! Just keep in mind RAM speed and overall compatibility if you're planning on upgrading later.

I'd go with Contestant #7 if you're looking for something a bit cheaper but still great for streaming. Valorant doesn't need a ton of VRAM, so the 16GB there should work just fine! Just confirm the PSU specs before making a decision.

Good point! The 650W PSU for #7 should be enough. Just make sure it's from a reliable brand!
