Hey everyone! I'm completely new to the world of computers and I'm hoping to build a budget-friendly gaming PC for my partner who is a gaming enthusiast. Since this will be their first computer, I want to make sure it's functional without breaking the bank. Here's what I'm considering for the build:
- AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 4.6GHz Turbo AM4 Processor + Wraith Stealth Cooler
- ASUS PRIME B550M-A AC WIFI AM4 Motherboard
- ID-Cooling FROZN A410 SE ARGB CPU Cooler
- PNY DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz XLR8 Epic X RGB CL18 Memory
- Crucial 1TB BX500 540MB/s SSD
- XYZ 650W 80 Plus Bronze ARGB Phantom Power Supply
- XYZ Airone 100 Mesh Case with ARGB Fans
- KTC 24DY750 23.8" FHD VA 100Hz FreeSync Premium Gamer Monitor
I would really appreciate any opinions or suggestions about these components, especially since I'm trying to stick to a budget. Thanks in advance for your help!

Have you checked out pcpartpicker? It’s a super helpful site for making sure your parts work together without any conflicts. You can also find some good builds to reference there!
It looks like you've missed out on a dedicated GPU, which is generally essential for gaming. Also, having two CPU coolers may not be necessary. If you're focused on budget, you might want to consider the AMD Ryzen 5 5600 instead of the 5700G. And if you're looking to cut costs, maybe go for an NVMe SSD instead of the SATA BX500. Just some thoughts!
Don't forget to plan for a GPU eventually. They'll really enhance your gaming experience!
Before you finalize the parts, what's your total budget for just the PC, excluding monitor and peripherals? That'll help narrow down the best options.
I'm aiming for around $800 overall! Just wanted something decent for starters.
In that case, you might find good deals on second-hand GPUs too!

Yeah, definitely think about dropping one cooler. You should be fine with just the stock cooler for now, especially if you plan to upgrade later.
