I've already ordered the RAM, GPU, and case. My budget is ideally around $2,500, but I'm okay with going a bit over if it means getting better quality. Any suggestions for changes, or have I messed something up?

You’ve already ordered your GPU, right? It might take a budget revision to upgrade parts. It seems like you spent way more on fans and the case compared to your GPU. For a more balanced setup, I'd suggest allocating about $700 to your GPU.
Honestly, with a $2.5k budget, you could get a significantly better GPU and CPU. Your build seems really focused on aesthetics, which is nice, but I think you could balance it out for better performance.
