Looking for Advice on My First PC Build Components

I'm putting together my first PC build and I want to ensure I'm making the right component choices. My budget is around $2000 CAD, and I'm going for pure performance. My main components so far are the Nvidia 5070 GPU and the AMD Ryzen 7800X3D CPU. I'm debating whether it's worth the extra $300-$400 to upgrade to the 5070-ti. Also, I think my motherboard choice might be a bit pricey. I'd love your feedback on whether I'm overpaying for any parts or suggestions on alternatives that might give me better value. Thanks in advance!

I checked out your part list and it looks solid! One thing to consider is switching to the 9070XT; it's a lot cheaper and offers around 25% better performance at 1440p. If performance is your main goal, this could save you some cash and still deliver great results! Feel free to ask if you want more details on my build.

Thanks for the tip! I'm curious, though. Does the 9070XT support anything like DLSS or Frame Generation? I heard those features really boost FPS.
