Right now, I'm using a mid-range laptop that I've enjoyed for a few years, but I'm planning to sell it since I'm not traveling much anymore. My laptop has been struggling with a few demanding games, especially during late-game scenarios in Paradox Games like Crusader Kings 3, which are pretty CPU-heavy. I've picked one of the top CPUs available, but I'm contemplating downgrading to the 7800X3D because it's hard to think about saving money on critical parts like the CPU or GPU.
I also love using Wabbajack modlists for games like Skyrim, Fallout 4, and Cyberpunk 2077. Those modlists really enhance the gaming experience, and I want to ensure my new build can handle them smoothly.
I currently have an external 2K monitor and I'm considering adding another OLED 2K 165Hz monitor in the future as I feel 2K is the sweet spot for gaming. Do you think my specs are overkill for 2K gaming?
