Looking for Advice on My PC Build Within a €1500 Budget

I'm putting together a gaming PC for 1440p gaming and my budget is €1500. I'm currently in Cyprus, so I'm sourcing parts mainly from Germany's Amazon, local stores, and a used parts site called Vendora. Here's what I've decided on so far: For the GPU, I'm considering either the ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9070 OC Edition 16GB or the GIGABYTE version, both priced at €540. For the CPU, I initially planned on the Ryzen 5 7600X but I can get the 9600X for just €30 more, so I'm leaning towards that (€160 vs. €190). For RAM, I found some Silicon Power XPOWER Pulse Gaming 32GB DDR5-6400 for €86 (decided on used since it's generally safe). I also want a 1TB Crucial P310 NVMe SSD for €110.

Regarding my monitor, I spotted an AOC Q27G4ZR 27" for €190 but I'm willing to spend up to €250 if there are better options. Now, I still need recommendations for a PSU, motherboard, case, and a CPU cooler without breaking the bank. I'd really appreciate your input!

With your budget and the price of RAM, you might find it beneficial to go with the 9070XT if you can find it for under €700. It's a solid choice. Also, consider downgrading the SSD to a 500GB model to save around €60 for now—upgrading it later is easy when you're ready. What do you think? Could that fit into your plans?

I get that upgrading later is an option, but I’ve noticed SSD prices creeping up. If the P310 isn’t great with QLC flash, maybe sticking with a good 1TB SSD now would be wiser to avoid future price hikes.

I have to point out that the P310 uses QLC flash, which isn’t ideal. I’d recommend switching to something with TLC flash for better performance. Here's a pretty balanced part list I made:
CPU: Ryzen 5 9600X (€191)
CPU Cooler: Endorfy Fera 5 (€30)
Motherboard: MSI PRO B850M (€160)
RAM: Your existing choice (€86)
Storage: Biwin Black Opal NV7400 1TB (€116)
GPU: Your preferred RX 9070 model (€540)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 301 (€54)
PSU: Enermax Revolution III 650W (€85)
Monitor: AOC Q27G4X (€190)
Totaling around €1453—this should fit perfectly!
