Looking for Advice on Upgrading My GPU from B580

I'm currently running a Ryzen 5 7600x with an Intel b580 motherboard and 32GB of RAM, all paired with a 1080p monitor. After a little over a year of use, I'm feeling a bit underwhelmed by my b580 setup and considering a GPU upgrade. The prices right now aren't the best, though. I'm torn between getting a 9060 XT for a small upgrade or spending more to go for the 9070 or 5070. I primarily play games like Monster Hunter: World, Final Fantasy XVI, and Marvel's Midnight Suns on high settings at 1080p. I'm also interested in Forza 6 and planning to get into Crimson Desert, but the current Intel GPU lacks support for those. I'm curious about which GPU would be the best choice for my situation. By the way, I'm also thinking about getting a 4K drawing tablet for my art, but I'm unsure if that should influence my choice of graphics card. Any advice?

If you're thinking about future-proofing a bit, the 5070 would let you get a 2K monitor with a high refresh rate. Plus, with features like DLSS, you can maintain high frame rates in most games.

Honestly, if you can afford it, go for the 9070. It's a great card that handles 1440p gaming really well. But I get that price can be a factor; the 5070 is also a solid option if it's cheaper in your area.

If you're sticking with your current monitor, the 9060 XT might be sufficient for you. Just make sure to get the 16GB version; it should handle your games quite well without breaking the bank.

Just a thought: are you more tired of the b580 or the 1080p monitor? Have you considered upgrading the monitor? Sometimes that can make a bigger difference than just upgrading the GPU.

In your case, I would suggest chasing after a 9060 XT 16GB and selling your b580 to help finance the upgrade. For 1080p gaming, it should provide a very solid experience without needing to overspend.
