Looking for Advice on Upgrading My Old GPU

Hey everyone! I'm looking to upgrade my old graphics card. Currently, I'm using a GTX 1050 Ti, which feels outdated. I mainly play a few games like CMS2021 and FH5, but I'm interested in diving into some AAA titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Red Dead Redemption 2. I'm not into multiplayer or needing super high frame rates, just want to enjoy good graphics while gaming at 1080p@75Hz. I don't want to splurge on a high-end GPU like the RTX 5070, so I'm considering the RTX 5060 as a more balanced choice in terms of price and quality. I've also seen the RX 9060 and the ARC B580, all with 8GB of VRAM, and their prices are pretty similar. I'm hoping to get some suggestions on which GPU would be the best fit for my setup without running into issues.

First off, can you share the rest of your PC specs? It'll help in giving more tailored advice.

Sure! I've got an i5 9600KF and 16GB of RAM with a 750W power supply. I know my CPU isn't the latest, but it does the job for now.
