We just had a major issue with our Comcast Fiber service when someone vandalized the lines, bringing down our internet for about 3-4 hours. This caused our dispatch department to go offline. Thankfully, a couple of our dispatchers were able to work remotely and keep things running. We're considering Starlink as a backup, but we're unsure how to set it up for a business environment since we have 12 dispatchers and eventually need about 40 others to access our cloud database. Given that we live in a hurricane-prone area, having a reliable backup is really important. Any suggestions?

Have you looked into 5G or solid 4G/LTE options in your area? They can provide a good backup for your internet, depending on the coverage.
Starlink does offer a business option now, which could be a good fit for your needs. It might take some setup, but it's definitely worth exploring!
We've got some 4G coverage outside our metal building, but it's not consistent inside.
