I'm new to building PCs and don't have much knowledge about it. My budget is between $600 and $800, and I'm looking for some solid recommendations on parts that I can use to start my build. Any advice would be appreciated!

If you can, consider saving a bit more and aiming for around $1200 instead. With the current market, you'll get much better performance for that price range.
You might want to check out a beginner's guide online. It can help you understand the basics of what you need and how to piece it all together.
That budget was good a few years back, but now you'll have to choose between two options: either build a really low-end PC or buy used parts or a full system. Just to give you an idea, a decent 32GB RAM kit alone can eat up a significant part of your budget.
