Hey everyone! I'm planning to upgrade my PC on a budget of about £500. Currently, I've got a Ryzen 7 2700X with a 212 cooler, 32GB of Vengeance Pro RAM, an MSI Carbon Pro B450 motherboard, a RM750 power supply, and an MSI 2060 6GB graphics card. I'm considering upgrading to a Ryzen 7 5700X and a 9060XT. I mainly play CS2 and FH5, and I'm excited about the upcoming Battlefield game. I'm open to any suggestions you have, and I'm also keen on finding deals for second-hand parts!

Sounds like a solid plan! I recommend getting the 16GB version of the 9060XT since it performs way better on high settings in modern games.

That was my thought too! I've been comparing it to a second-hand 7700XT 12GB, and they look pretty similar in performance, but I think the 9060XT might last longer with newer titles.

You can snag a 5600 with the 9060XT 16GB for about £400. The 5700X really isn't worth the extra £40 over the 5600 since it's less than 5% faster in gaming.

Thanks for the tip! I didn't even consider the 5600. With the leftover budget, do you think it’s worth upgrading the 9060XT to something better, or should I stick with it?
