I'm trying to build a budget PC for my girlfriend, and I need some help! She has a budget of about 600€, and here are her requirements: she wants an all or partially white PC, it should handle gaming at 1080p on low settings with at least 60+ FPS, and she really wants an AIO cooler. Everything needs to be brand new.
So far, I'm considering these parts:
- Ryzen 5 8400F
- Sparkle A380 or RX 6500
- MSI MAG 650W 80 Bronze+
- Corsair Vengeance DDR5 2x16GB 5200 CL40
- Kingston NV3
- ASUS PRIME B650 A II CSM
- Mars Gaming ML-ONE 69.2 CFM
- Montech AIR 903 base ATX Mid tower Case
Are there any improvements or changes you would suggest? Would it be better to go with an AM4 setup for a better price?

You might want to consider going with an AM4 setup, like the Ryzen 5 5600. You could pair it with an RX 6600 or an RTX 3060 12GB. This could give you better performance without breaking the bank.
Do you really think it's worth downgrading to AM4 though? I'm concerned the CPU might bottleneck those GPUs.
