I'm searching for recommendations on good tutoring or private classes in computer science for my 10-year-old son, who is autistic and really passionate about learning coding and game design. I feel a bit lost trying to find the right class or resources online—there are just so many options out there. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you thought about in-person summer camps? I went to a 6-day computer science camp once, and while it was pretty pricey, I learned tons! Just search for the best in-person camps near you.
If your son knows how to turn on a computer, I suggest he try some online free courses. Sites like Coursera offer several coding classes that could be a good starting point for him. Just a heads up though, they can be a bit hit-or-miss with engagement for younger kids.
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll check it out, but I’m worried he might do better with a live teacher.
Great idea! I appreciate the firsthand insight, I’ll definitely look for some camps!
