Looking for Feedback on My First DIY PC Build

I'm making the shift from console gaming to PC and I've decided to build my first gaming rig! I've heard that building your own PC can give you better value than buying prebuilt systems. My budget is around $1200, although I know that's not the best time to buy. Here's what I've put together so far:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X - Zen 4 6-Core 4.7 GHz
- **CPU Cooler**: MSI MAG Coreliquid A13 240 Black
- **Motherboard**: MSI PRO B650-S WIFI
- **Memory**: Team Group 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR5 6000
- **Storage**: Patriot P400 Lite M.2 PCIe Gen 4 x4 1TB SSD
- **Video Card**: ASRock Challenger Radeon RX 7700 XT 12GB
- **Power Supply**: ASRock PRO Series PRO-750G 750 W
- **Case**: Lian Li V100 ATX Mid-Tower PC Case

I want the system to handle most modern games and have room for upgrades down the line. Any suggestions or tweaks to improve my build before I make a purchase?

Make sure your power supply has enough wattage for any upgrades you might consider later. A solid PSU is crucial for a stable build, especially if you plan to upgrade the GPU in the future!

If you're looking for great performance and upgrade paths, think about going for an RTX video card instead of the Radeon. They tend to perform better in ray tracing and have more VRAM options for future needs.

What country are you building this in? Prices can really vary by region, plus you might find some local deals that you wouldn’t find online.

For your budget and future-proofing, consider this option: the Ryzen 5 9600X paired with a 9060XT 16GB, plus 32GB of RAM, for about $1300. It will set you up nicely with AM5 support for upgrades later on!

Have you checked if there's a Micro Center near you? They often have great deals on components and you can save some money by buying in-store. Just a thought!

I don't live near one, unfortunately.
