Hey everyone! I'm super excited about building my first ever PC after my gaming laptop kicked the bucket. I'm diving into this project because I've heard building a PC is both a wasteful and rewarding experience. I've put together a list of components, and I'd love your input on whether this build is balanced or if you'd suggest any changes. Just a heads up: I've adjusted the prices based on what's available in my region, primarily using Amazon since it's the cheapest option that avoids a hefty 20% sales tax here. Unfortunately, the GPU is an exception to that rule, so keep that in mind! Also, I'm trying to keep each item under $200 to avoid extra customs fees. Here's my PCPartPicker list: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vJKgHW) with the details below:

You might want to consider the 9600x since it's only a couple bucks more on Amazon. Your build looks solid overall, but a heads-up: playing in 4K with the 9070xt might need some tweaking in the settings. Also, using FSR could help improve your frame rates. If you can find a 5070 ti for a decent price, it's worth checking out too since Nvidia's DLSS often performs better than FSR in many games.
I'll definitely consider the 5070 ti, but it seems like Nvidia is pricier than AMD here, which is frustrating. As for the 9600x, I really appreciate the suggestion, but it’s just above my $200 limit due to customs fees making it around $260. Do you think the 7600 is still the better deal?
