Looking for Feedback on My First PC Build

Hey everyone! I've been on the hunt for parts for my first PC build over the last couple of days, trying to make the most of some recent sales and price drops. I've put together a list of components and would love your feedback on it. You can find my wishlist here: [https://geizhals.de/wishlists/4557768](https://geizhals.de/wishlists/4557768). I'm considering changing some parts but I'm a bit overwhelmed as different guides suggest conflicting options. For example, I'm unsure about the best GPU brand (I've seen PowerColor, XFX, and others), which B850 motherboard to choose, whether to go for air or liquid cooling, and what's the best PSU option for quality without breaking the bank. By the way, I'm based in Germany, so that might be relevant for suggestions!

One thing to keep in mind is thermals; if you're leaning towards overclocking, a water cooler might be worthwhile. Otherwise, a decent air cooler like the Peerless should handle things just fine. Just make sure your case has good airflow!

Your build looks solid! I suggest going with the PowerColor Hellhound variant of the 9070 XT instead of others like the Reaper or Sapphire Pulse. It runs quieter and cooler, plus it’s about $10 cheaper. For the PSU, I’d recommend the Seasonic Focus GX 850; even though it costs a tad more, it’ll last you a decade!

Thanks for the help! What makes you prefer the Hellhound over the others? Also, is the Corsair not reliable enough to last that long?

For your motherboard, the Gigabyte B850 Eagle WIFI6E is a great choice! I've heard ASRock has had some issues with their AM5 boards lately, so I'd steer clear of those. Also, don’t forget to check prices on [pcpartpicker.com](http://pcpartpicker.com) to get the best deals!

Thanks for the confirmation! I’ll make sure to use that site; I was actually checking a German equivalent. Do you think using a water cooler is a good idea, or should I consider something like the Peerless Assassin 120 SE/140 instead? I'm still a bit confused!
