I switched to a slightly cheaper motherboard that still has good USB support and VRMs. For cooling, I recommend the latest 360mm AIO from Thermalright. I also upgraded to a 32GB RAM kit at 6000MT/s for better stability and performance, and I found SSDs that are fast yet more affordable. The case and GPU you picked should work great for light gaming and productivity. I noticed you didn’t mention a PSU, so I added a quality 850w unit to keep everything running smoothly.
