Hey folks! So, I've decided to leave my PS5 behind and dive into the world of PC gaming. After some research, I've put together a build on PartPicker that I'm excited about, but I'd love to get some feedback from those who have more experience in this area.
Here's the link to my build: [PC Build Link](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/wTnmTM).
A few things I'm aiming for with this setup:
* I want a midrange PC that can run modern games smoothly and at good settings—ideally able to handle upcoming titles like Death Stranding 2 at least at PS5-level graphics, with room for better settings if possible.
* I'm hoping to keep this build somewhat future-proof so I can upgrade parts like the graphics card or maybe the CPU later on as technology advances.
* Since I'm more of a couch gamer, I plan on setting this up near my TV and using my spare PS5 controller for gaming. Initially, I was eyeing a small form factor case like the Fractal Design Mood Case, but I've since moved away from that because it seems like it introduces some compromises and costs can go up with smaller cases.
* I'm aiming for around €1,000 for this build. My original idea was to stick to around €850 and use the Intel Arc B580, but I now think it's wise to invest the extra €200 for the RX 9060 XT 16GB and some upgraded parts.
Thanks a ton for any advice or insights you can share!

pcpartpicker is a bit off with German pricing, in my opinion. You should try geizhals instead. I made a similar build there with a slightly better CPU and larger SSD for around €1,050 including shipping. Here it is: [Geizhals Link](https://geizhals.de/wishlists/4616811).
Just a heads up, ASrock b850 motherboards have had issues with x3d CPUs lately. Your 9600x should be fine, but if you're thinking about upgrading to an x3d chip down the line, it might not be compatible. Look for a different motherboard for better future-proofing!
Yikes, good to know! Thanks for that info, I'll search for alternatives right away.
I've heard that the P3 Plus uses QLC flash, which isn't as durable and tends to slow down after a few years. You might want to consider upgrading to a drive with TLC flash instead, like the Kioxia Exceria Plus G3 or TeamGroup G50—they're solid options and still reasonably priced.
Thanks for the heads up! I didn’t know that. I’ll check out those recommendations and adjust my build!
Awesome, thanks! I like the sound of that CPU upgrade.
