I've put together a PC build that I'm excited about, and most parts are ordered, but I can still return them since I got them mainly from Amazon. The only part I'm committed to is the RAM, which I got for a great price of around 130€—hard to beat that! I'll be primarily using this PC for gaming, mostly enjoying Paradox games and Path of Exile, and I'm based in France. I can also purchase parts from neighboring countries if needed. My goal was to make sure this build runs quietly, and I'm particularly curious about the cooler's performance in that regard. Did I make any mistakes with my choices? Is there any advice you could share? I'm especially concerned about the motherboard since I went with a more budget-friendly mATX version. Honestly, I'm a bit worried about everything! Thanks in advance!

Your build looks solid! The noise level really depends on how you set the fan curves since the cooler you chose can handle the 7800X3D, but the fans will kick in more under heavy loads, causing more noise. The Noctua fans you have are known for being pretty quiet and are built to last longer than most components. As for the motherboard, it’s a decent choice, and if you ever want to downsize to a mATX build later, you’ll only need to switch cases. About those 2x M.2 drives, do you need both? Sometimes, opting for a single 2TB drive can be cheaper, depending on availability in your area.

Thanks for your response! I included 2 drives just to keep the option open for adding more storage in the future. Right now, I only have one SSD, but I’m worried 1TB might not be enough. I was also considering some slower models in 2TB since they’re not too much more expensive. Do you think going with a slower SSD would significantly affect performance? Are people still using a second HDD for storage these days?
