Hey everyone! I've purchased most of the components for my PC build, and I'm seeking some feedback on it. Specifically, I want to know if the GPU I've chosen is overclocked straight from the manufacturer or if it just has the option for manual overclocking. Also, would it be beneficial for me to go for a 1000W power supply instead? Thanks for any insights you can provide! Here's the link to my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mTXZsp

Just to clarify something about the Retail license: it means you can transfer it between computers. It’s more expensive, but if you ever decide to upgrade your hardware, it's worth it!
Your build looks solid! The GPU you picked doesn’t come overclocked out of the box, but you can definitely overclock it yourself if you're comfortable doing that. An 850W power supply should be fine for your setup, so you might not need to upgrade to a 1000W unless you're planning on significant future upgrades. Also, if you’re buying Windows, I recommend getting the Retail license – it stays tied to your account instead of just the hardware, which is more flexible.
