Looking for Feedback on My PC Build

I'm building a new gaming PC with a budget of $4,000 to $5,000, but I'm flexible with that. I want it to handle downloading and running 20+ games, each with around 200 mods, without any hitches. Here's my current parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/H9TPLc. Can anyone take a look and let me know how it looks?

You've already chosen some excellent parts! The difference between the 9800X3D and the 9950X3D is minimal for gaming. Just curious, why do you need two gaming monitors?

I noticed you're going for 4 sticks of DDR5 RAM. With your budget, it might be better to go with 2 sticks of 64GB instead. Also, I recommend aiming for 6000MHz RAM with a CL30 timing if you can. That seems to be the biggest improvement you could make, everything else looks solid!

Switch to the 9800X3D for sure, and go with a 1200W power supply. A good setup would be a 4K 120Hz OLED paired with a faster 1440p 240Hz IPS monitor.

Consider switching to the Ryzen 9 9800X3D; it offers similar performance. Grab a 64GB kit from Corsair and look for a light enhancement kit for the remaining slots. Also, for your secondary monitor, a 144-240Hz would work better than a 480Hz. Don't forget to get a power supply with a 12VHPWR connector; it's crucial for your 5090 GPU.
