Looking for Fun and Free Multiplayer Games on Linux

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for some fun, free multiplayer games that I can play on Linux. Ideally, I'd like something I can enjoy casually without the stress of super competitive gameplay. My brother might join me, so it would be great if we could play together. Any suggestions?

If you're open to Steam games, almost all of them work on Linux! Just watch out for some anticheat systems. Apex Legends can also run, though.

Check out Team Fortress 2, Splitgate, Warfork, and Midair. All are solid options for multiplayer fun!

You should definitely check out Once Human. It's free and not too intense, plus it has multiplayer features!

Isn't it like The Day Before but actually works? It's surprising I hadn’t heard of it before!

For open-source classics, you can't go wrong with Super Tux Kart, 0 A.D., or Luanti. They're all free and fun for casual gaming!

War Thunder is pretty chill and plays well on Linux. Perfect for relaxing sessions!

Have you tried Warframe? It's also free and quite casual once you get the hang of it.
