Looking for GPU Upgrade Advice

Hey everyone! I'm diving into the GPU market and honestly, it's getting a bit overwhelming. I want to upgrade my setup since my current GPU is pretty old, and I'm starting to notice some performance hiccups. Right now, I've got an RTX 2060, and I usually run games on low to medium settings. I'm hoping to find something that can handle high or even epic settings without completely draining my wallet. Have any of you upgraded from a 2060? I'd really appreciate any insights on GPU and CPU recommendations, as well as your personal experiences!

Here are the details of my current build:
- **GPU**: RTX 2060
- **CPU**: i7-10700
- **RAM**: 32GB DDR4
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte H410m H V2
- **Monitor**: Microstep MSI G27C4X - 1920 x 1080 | 250 Hz

Thanks in advance!

Given your resolution and CPU, the RTX 5070 looks like a good fit. Just keep an eye on potential bottlenecking, though!

True, you might run into bottlenecking issues. Just be sure to check compatibility!

I’d suggest looking at the RTX 5070 or possibly the 9070 XT. They should give you a good boost without breaking the bank!

Make sure to consider your monitor's resolution when choosing a GPU! Since you’re at 1080p with a 250Hz refresh rate, you’ll want something that can handle that smoothly.

Thanks for the reminder! Just updated my post with the monitor specs.

Yeah, I see you mentioned it! Definitely need something solid for that refresh rate.
