I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 5600 processor with an RX 6600 XT GPU, powered by a 500w power supply. My monitor runs at 1080p 144Hz. Unfortunately, my GPU was defective, and the warranty is giving me a refund since the 6600 XT isn't available anymore. I'm looking to purchase a slightly better GPU that will also handle a future upgrade to a 1440p monitor. I paid 200 euros for the 6600 XT and can add an extra 150 euros to that budget. What are some good GPU options for me?

You might want to consider the 9060 XT with 16GB. It draws less than 200W, so it should work fine with your current power supply and system setup. It costs around $369, which is just slightly over your budget. Alternatively, the B580 with 12GB is another solid choice.

The 9060 XT is about 400 in my area. The B580 sounds like a better fit for me. Do you have any other suggestions for 12GB cards that might be cheaper?
