Looking for Help with 3 Used GPUs I Just Bought

I recently picked up three used graphics cards for $400: an RX 6900 XT, an RX 7800 XT, and an RTX 2060. The seller tested them on a pretty weak setup with a Z370 motherboard and a 650W PSU. They mentioned that the RX 6900 XT and RTX 2060 reach the BIOS screen, but the RX 7800 XT doesn't display anything, although it shows up in the BIOS. They didn't test them thoroughly since their hardware wasn't strong enough.

My current setup includes a Ryzen 7 5800X CPU, 32GB of RAM, an Intel Arc B580 GPU, and an 850W power supply.

I've read that having a "no signal" or "BIOS visible but no display" issue can be linked to several problems like a bad PCIe contact, power delivery issues, outdated motherboard BIOS, VBIOS corruption, or VRAM problems. Has anyone experienced similar issues with these specific cards? What should I try first for testing? This seems like an amazing deal, but I'm a bit worried it's too good to be true! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would start by cleaning the cards thoroughly. If that doesn't work, you might have to consider replacing components, but if you're not up for soldering, it could be better to send them to a professional repair shop. Just make sure to test them yourself before going that route.

Just because the seller tested them doesn't mean they weren’t hiding any deeper issues. Do you know where he got these cards? That could really affect their reliability, especially if they came from a bulk lot.

I'd suggest running FurMark to check for artifacts or crashes—make sure you have the right drivers installed first. If you see any artifacts or the card crashes, that usually indicates it's faulty. By the way, what about the RX 7800 XT that doesn't display anything? That might be a separate issue worth looking into.
