Looking for Help with My First PC Build

Hey everyone! I work with computers daily, but I'm not very familiar with different components for building a PC. I'm looking for some guidance on my first build. My budget is around £2,000, but I could stretch to £3,000 if necessary. I've made a list of components so far and would love any suggestions for improvements. I'm also torn between a couple of cases; I really like the one I picked out, but I'm also considering the NZXT H9 Flow for its design. Just to share a bit about my gaming background, I currently play casually on the PS5, but I'd like to dive deeper into PC gaming. My goal is to play in 4K with a good refresh rate, and possibly stream in the future. Thanks in advance!

I suggest focusing less on aesthetics and more on performance. Your current build is already approaching £1,670 and you'll still need a case. For about £1,700, you could consider a build like this: it upgrades the CPU to a 9800X3D for about a 30% performance boost in games, has slightly faster RAM that’s cheaper, and includes an RTX 5070Ti, which has double the VRAM and a similar performance leap. Sure, it may not be as visually appealing, but gaming performance is what really matters, right?

That really opens my eyes! I guess I need to figure out where it's worth spending more and where I can cut back. Thanks for the insights!
