Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a copy of MDT 2008 because I've come across some documents indicating that Microsoft took the download down years ago. I'm hoping to test it out on my virtual machines, so if anyone has a copy or knows where I might find one, I'd really appreciate it!

I hear you! I've been searching for MDT 2008 too, but the closest I've come is finding MDT 2010.
I don't think I have a copy, but my job has a drawer full of old Windows install CDs. If I find one, I'll message you tomorrow! No promises though, but it could be a long shot!
Your best bet might be to check some sketchy download sites. Just a heads up, MDT used to be called Business Desktop Deployment too, in case that helps!
I found this link that claims to have a version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54259. It might not be 2008 exactly, but for testing VMs, it could work!
Currently messing around with Windows Server 2008, so this might not cut it for me. I also have Windows AIK for Server 2008/Vista SP1, so I’m doubting this will work either.
I looked into those sketchy sites, but they mostly redirect you back to the official Microsoft page. Plus, MDT changed from BDD in November 2007.
