I'm building a new PC from scratch, and I'm looking for suggestions on a great motherboard and RAM to pair with a 9800X3D processor and a 5070Ti graphics card. My budget for the motherboard is $800 and for RAM, it's $300. Overall, my total budget is $4000, and I already have all my peripherals.

With that motherboard budget, you've got plenty of room! I’d recommend checking out any B850 board that looks good to you and has the ports you need. For RAM, you can easily go for a classic 6000MHz CL30 kit; it'll give you great performance without breaking the bank.
