Looking for NitroSense Alternatives on Linux

Hey everyone! I'm a new Linux Mint user with a Nitro AN515-57 V1.17 laptop, and I've been struggling to find a decent substitute for NitroSense. I've tried nearly every app out there, but nothing seems to work. If anyone could guide me through this, I'd really appreciate it! Oh, and I'm still figuring things out, so please bear with me!

So, I did some digging, and it looks like NitroSense is used to collect data for Acer. Not sure why you'd want that! Can you share what exactly you're trying to achieve? Maybe there are other software options that can handle that. I mean, for fan control and keyboard backlight settings, you might want to check out fancontrol and configure it with pwmconfig. It’ll guide you through setup, though it's not as straightforward as one-click solutions. What's your distro and what errors did you run into? That could really help narrow things down.

I totally get the frustration with fan configuration on Linux. I haven't tried it, but I've heard good things about NBFC (Notebook Fan Control) on GitHub. They have installation instructions for Ubuntu, and a .deb file that might make things easier for you. Definitely worth checking out!
