Looking for Open Source Tools for Incident Response Management

Hey everyone! I'm curious about what tools you all use for incident response management. Specifically, I'm on the lookout for open source or self-hosted software options. I've heard of services like PagerDuty, but I'm having trouble finding any actively maintained open source solutions. Ideally, we need something pretty basic that covers user and schedule management, acknowledgements, and escalations. If the tool can handle 'projects' for different clusters, that would be a nice bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker.

You should definitely check out Dispatch by Netflix. It's open source, and while I haven't used it personally, I've heard good things about it!

Have you checked out Grafana On-call? It's open source and might fit your needs, though some features are behind a paywall. Definitely worth looking into!

I looked into that, but I saw it's going into maintenance mode. If the community doesn't pick it up, it could be gone soon.

Incident.io is fantastic! While it's not free, I think it's worth every penny, especially compared to older services like PagerDuty.
