Looking for PC Build Advice for Gaming

I'm thinking about building a new PC since my current setup feels pretty outdated. Right now, I have an Intel i7-11700 and an NVIDIA RTX 3060, but I'm mostly looking to play games that require high FPS for a smooth experience. I'd prefer to set my games to lower graphics settings if it means getting maximum FPS. I'd love any advice you can offer!
