Hey everyone! I'm planning to upgrade my PC little by little. Right now, I've got the following components: a 1660 Ti 6GB GPU, a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, 16GB of DDR4 RAM (3000MHz), and a Seasonic Focus-GX 650W 80+ Gold PSU. I'm considering a 9060 XT 16GB for a graphics upgrade, but I'm worried about potential bottlenecking. I mainly play Warhammer 3, which is currently lagging on low settings with my setup. Also, since I bought all my parts back in 2019, I'm a bit concerned that the PSU might be aging. Any recommendations?

I upgraded from a similar build to 32GB of DDR4 and a 5700 XT; plus, I swapped in an RTX 5070. It feels like a completely different machine now! You could save some cash on the GPU and still see a significant improvement.
Start with a new PSU, maybe consider a 1000W fully modular one. Then I'd suggest replacing your motherboard and CPU too. A new AM4 processor can avoid the high costs of DDR5, or you could get an X3D for a big performance boost, even if it means investing in DDR5 later.
I actually disagree with most of this. Your PSU works fine, and if you're staying with AM4, why switch motherboards? I’d say focus on a GPU upgrade first.
How about a 5060 Ti with 16GB and then pairing it with a Ryzen 5700X or 5700X3D? That combo will handle 1440p gaming quite well!
Typically, Warhammer 3 is more reliant on the GPU than the CPU, so the 9060 XT should provide a significant upgrade. You might also want to consider moving to a Ryzen 5700X or 5700X3D for even better performance down the line.

I think that's overkill. Your current 650W PSU is sufficient for what you have, and you don’t necessarily need to switch your motherboard if you’re sticking with AM4.
