Looking for Printer Recommendations for Office Use

Hello everyone! We're a medium to large company and have been using HP printers for several years. However, we've recently faced some issues with their drivers, so we're considering trying out different brands for our new in-office printers and multifunction devices. We need network-connected printers and don't have a dedicated print server at the moment.

So far, I'm looking at a couple of options: the Brother HL-L5210DN and MFC-L5710DN, as well as the Canon imageFORCE 1440P and 1440. I'm aware that Brother uses separate drums and toners, which could be beneficial since we print around a thousand pages monthly, with most staff printing much less. But I'm not sure how they hold up in a work environment, specifically regarding driver issues.

As for Canon, we currently lease some of their larger models and have found them to be reliable, so I'm confident in their performance. I'd love to hear your thoughts on these models and if there are other recommendations you might have, considering I'm looking for stable drivers that are compatible with Windows 11, without needing support from HP, Canon, or Brother.

I think Brother is a solid choice! From what I've seen, they're pretty user-friendly and ideal for office settings. If you're looking for cost-effectiveness, consider Ricoh too if you can find a local distributor. They’re usually cheaper and dependable.

Unfortunately, there aren't any Ricoh distributors near us, which is a bummer.

In my experience, HP printers can be a hassle, especially when they're constantly jamming. My team switched to Kyocera printers a while back, and I haven't looked back since. They seem sturdier and handle heavy workloads much better!
