Looking for Publicly Viewable Project Management Tools

I'm on the hunt for a new project management system that offers public visibility options for our customers. While we already have a variety of internal tools, including some custom ones, we lack a solution that can showcase information to the public. I'm looking for a mix of a roadmap and current projects where we can selectively set types of projects to be public on different pages—like having a separate page for roadmaps, in-progress tasks, and repair jobs. I've seen other companies do this effectively, so I'm eager to gather some ideas on what works well in this space!

We combine a built-in Kanban feature from our CRM for tracking internal projects, but for external visibility, we use Plecto. It allows us to pull data from our CRM and create dashboards that are easy to display on TVs or accessible for clients.

NinjaOne uses Productboard for their customer-facing roadmap. I'm not sure if it's a perfect fit for you guys, but it might be worth checking out.

We implement Airfocus here. It integrates with Azure DevOps work items and seems like a solid option overall.

A few years ago, one department at my organization used Trello for public project visibility. I'm not entirely sure how they set up public vs. private views, but they managed to make some boards accessible publicly. Microsoft Project Online might also work for this, but I can't confirm its capabilities at the moment.

We currently use Jira Software and JSM too, alongside Planner, so I totally get where you're coming from about trying to move away from Atlassian. We're migrating to Azure DevOps but haven't explored its public options yet. It's frustrating because there are a lot of sites with public roadmaps; just wish I knew what they use!
