Looking for Recommendations on a New GPU for My Setup

Hey everyone! I'm currently running a 1080 Founders Edition along with an i7 9700k, a Corsair RM850x PSU, and 32 GB of RAM. I'm on the hunt for a new graphics card that can handle gaming at high FPS on 1080p and also allow me to stream. My budget is under $700, and I'm worried my old 1080 isn't cutting it anymore. I would really appreciate any suggestions!

There's an RX 9070 XT listed for $599 right now on Newegg, so that could be worth checking out!

I’m in a similar situation with a 10700k and a 3060 Ti. Everything I’ve read suggests the RX 9070 XT offers the best value, especially with it being sold at MSRP now. I’m actually considering waiting for Black Friday to snag a good deal. I figure since I've waited this long, a few more weeks can’t hurt!

I get that! I'm not too familiar with AMD drivers, though, so I’d prefer to stick with NVIDIA.

I think I might go for something like the 9060 XT or 5060 Ti, or potentially a 5070 since they’re both about $500. Just trying to stay on budget!

The PNY RTX 5070 should be a solid choice as well for your gaming and streaming needs!

I'd definitely consider the RX 9070 XT; it seems like a great choice right now. It's well-priced and performs excellently. If you're looking for a backup, the RTX 5070 is also solid. Don't worry about your PSU; it'll handle either of those cards just fine!

Do you think the RTX 5070 might bottleneck my setup?

Currently, the RTX 5070 is around $580, and the RTX 5070 Ti is priced at $780. Both are excellent picks for power and efficiency.
