I recently built a new PC featuring a 9800X3D processor that tends to run quite hot. Currently, I'm using a Lian Li Galahad 360 with three Arctic P12 MAX fans, but these fans are quite loud. If I try to reduce the noise, my CPU temperatures shoot up. I'm considering replacing my AIO cooler and am torn between the Lian Li GA II LITE and the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro. Benchmarks show that the Liquid Freezer typically performs worse than the GA II LITE, but I've noticed many people seem to prefer the Liquid Freezer. Is there something I'm missing? I'm looking for a cooler that's relatively silent, especially during work or gaming sessions. Any suggestions or alternatives would be appreciated!

What are your CPU temps looking like? Generally, a 360mm AIO should handle your chip pretty well, but it sounds like yours might not be cutting it. If you're hitting around 92-93°C under load, that's definitely concerning. Are you limiting the wattage on your CPU? That might explain some of the heat issues. Maybe it's time to explore better cooling options!
Yeah, I'm seeing those temps on full load, and yes, I’ve limited the wattage. I kind of rolled the dice with silicon lottery since this is a replacement CPU after my last one fried. Definitely thinking I need a better cooler!
