Looking for Recommendations on a Quiet CPU Cooler

Hey everyone! I'm in the process of upgrading my PC after about 8 years, and I've settled on the RTX 5070 Ti and Ryzen 9 5900XT. Now, I'm on the hunt for a good CPU cooler within a budget of $150. I remember Noctua NH-D15 and be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5 were popular choices back in the day, but I'm curious if there are newer options out there. I've heard that brands like Scythe and Thermalright have models like the Peerless Assassin and Phantom Spirit that are getting good reviews. I definitely want an air cooler (not an AIO) since I've heard they perform well and last longer. Also, I have a sensitive microphone that picks up fan noise, so being quiet is super important to me. Any suggestions?

You might want to skip the Noctua and check out Thermalright instead. The Peerless Assassin is a solid choice and it's pretty affordable at around $35.

What’s the difference between Peerless Assassin and Phantom Spirit?
