My organization is growing frustrated with our current email security provider and we're considering a switch. We're specifically looking for solutions that leverage AI technology and can handle post-delivery email removal for any identified phishing attempts. I've used Avanan and Harmony before, but I've noticed newer options like Abnormal.AI and Strongest Layer emerging. What platforms have you implemented recently and what have your experiences been like?

We've had good results with Defender; it can also remove emails after they've been delivered. I'm not entirely sold on the AI aspect since it's been doing spam filtering for a while, just not with large language models.
We're using Graphus, which basically enhances Defender with AI. Users have to confirm emails are safe by clicking a link, which makes me question our user conditioning about avoiding links in suspicious emails.
I think Abnormal AI is a solid choice, but it's quite pricey. I've heard good things about it though.
Yeah, I've also heard it's great but expensive. We're planning to demo it soon, so we'll see how it goes.
Mimecast has been fairly effective for us, but I've heard it’s considered older tech. It's worth looking into though, depending on your needs.
Mimecast feels outdated. We're trying to move away from traditional secure email gateways.
Honestly, between Avanan and Abnormal AI, you can't go wrong. They're leaders in the field. Just keep in mind that Abnormal AI might hit the budget a bit harder.

It looked promising until I found out it's under the Kaseya umbrella.
