I've found the Jungle Leopard Interstellar V2 Fans, which cost about $30-$40 for a pack of three. How do they hold up compared to Lian Li's fans that are priced around $85-$100? Also, I'd love any advice on a solid AIO cooler that stays under $160.

For an AIO cooler, I recommend the Arctic Liquid Freezer; it's efficient and works really well. As for fans, Lian Li is great for airflow, especially since they daisy chain, meaning fewer wires to mess with.
Are those fans somewhat noisy or just enough to notice without being annoying?
