Hey everyone! I'm searching for a cloud-connected PSTN provider for my company's Webex Calling setup. I've noticed that many of the solutions out there are pricier than our current on-premises calling setup with direct PSTN connections. One reason we want to move to cloud calling is that our PSTN provider does maintenance, which often takes down our 24/7 lines.
Can anyone advise on reliable providers? What should I keep in mind during this transition? Who are you using for cloud PSTN with Webex Calling? Thanks for your help!

It sounds like you're moving from an on-premises CUCM setup to Webex, right? If that's the case, you might want to consider switching out your PBX's analog cards for SIP ones. You just need SIP trunks—Sinch is a solid option to check out—and some tweaks on the Webex side. The whole 'cloud-connected PSTN' thing is definitely a big topic in Webex resources, so you're not alone in exploring this.

Yeah, we're definitely looking at making that jump. We have fiber connections, and our PBX runs fully on SIP. It interfaces with a PRI device managed by our ISP, but they have maintenance every six months, which really disrupts our lines.
