Looking for Recommendations on Helpdesk and Asset Management Software

We're currently relying on ManageEngine for both helpdesk and asset management as well as patch management, but after six years, the software feels outdated and the costs are climbing for something that hasn't updated in a long time. We use Qualys for vulnerability management and I've heard they have a patching solution too—does anyone have experience with that? Additionally, I'm in the market for reliable asset management and helpdesk software. I'm open to suggestions for either an all-in-one platform or a combination of standalone tools that could serve as a good replacement for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

I recommend checking out an RMM tool like SuperOps or HaloPSA with NinjaOne. I personally like SuperOps; it has evolved into a powerful toolkit, and they keep adding new features every month.

Totally agree with this suggestion. And yeah, don't forget to check out Level.io too; I've heard good things about it!

I totally understand your frustrations with ManageEngine. If you're looking for an all-in-one platform, Genuity might be a good fit. I've seen many customers who switched and they really liked it. It covers everything from vendor and asset management to IT helpdesk and network monitoring. Plus, their asset management system offers real-time monitoring and a built-in ticketing system for faster issue resolutions. Worth a look!

For helpdesk and asset management, consider using InvGate. They offer straightforward asset management solutions with great pricing, excellent support, and an easy setup process. Plus, they have a no-code workflow builder which makes it user-friendly. They also give you a 30-day free trial that can transition to production if it works for you.
