Hey everyone! Longtime lurker here and I've learned a lot from this community. I'm looking for some advice from those experienced in healthcare IT. We're planning to move away from Serv-U because of a significant price hike. I'm curious if anyone can recommend an alternative SFTP platform? We're open to cloud-based options if they're reasonably priced, and we currently have around 50 connections, with varying levels of activity.

You might want to give Syncplify a look. It's got a solid reputation and seems to work well for most use cases.
I've had a good experience with Cerberus in the past. It's reliable and user-friendly!
