My employer is paying for me to take a Python course during work hours, but I need to choose the course myself. I'm looking for something that's self-paced so I can study without strict deadlines. If anyone has good recommendations or experiences with courses that would fit these requirements, I would really appreciate your input!

Try looking into ArjanCodes! His YouTube channel has some awesome content to give you a feel for his teaching style—he's a fantastic instructor.
'Python for Everyone' is a solid entry-level class if you're just starting out. You can find it on Coursera. It's designed to be accessible and informative.
