Hey everyone! I'm in the market for a new motherboard that has an AMD AM5 socket and supports PCIe 5.0 for my graphics card. I want to make sure that my GPU can run at full PCIe 5.0 x16 bandwidth. Reliability is key for me, so I'm looking for a board with solid VRM and modern connectivity options. Currently, I'm using an RTX 5090 and a Ryzen 9 9800X3D, but my old motherboard has given up on me after just a year! My budget is around 300€—any recommendations?

You might want to check out the X870E Gaming Plus by MSI. It’s solid for what you need! Another option is the B850 Gaming X or the Aorus Elite from Gigabyte; they’re reliable too.
I’d steer clear of MSI for this one. My MSI X670E Gaming WiFi died after just a year, so I wouldn’t risk it again. The Gigabyte options are definitely the way to go for durability!
