I recently moved my computer setup to a different spot in my room and plugged it into a different outlet, but now my PC won't boot at all. Initially, it wouldn't power on, but the CPU fans would spin. After resetting the CMOS, the lights and fans started working again, but the computer still won't complete the POST process, and the CPU and DRAM debug lights stay red.
I'm really at a loss here and can't figure out if it's a hardware or software issue. I've tried a lot of troubleshooting—re-seating the RAM (even testing it with one stick), checking the GPU connection, cleaning the PC, and so on—but nothing seems to help. I need to get this fixed soon for school, if that's even possible!
Here are my specs:
- Motherboard: Asrock B550M-C
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X
- CPU: Intel Core i7 13700K 3.4GHz (up to 5.4GHz boost)
- RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4 3200 U-DIMM
- Power Supply: Helios Gold P1 600G

Have you checked the power button connections and ensured that all the PSU to motherboard connections are secure? Sometimes, moving the PC can loosen those up a bit, which could prevent it from booting properly.
It sounds like you've already done a lot! After reseating the RAM and GPU, another thing to check could be the motherboard itself or even the power supply. If the PSU isn’t delivering enough power, it can cause boot issues. Also, try removing any non-essential components (like extra drives) when troubleshooting to see if that helps.
