Looking for the Best Beginner-Friendly KDE Distro

Hey everyone! I recently decided to switch from Windows to Linux and have been on a bit of a journey trying out different distros. I started with Fedora using the GNOME interface, but it wasn't really for me. Then, I moved to Linux Mint with Cinnamon, which felt better but wasn't quite as fast as Fedora. After that, I tried Fedora with KDE Plasma and really liked it! Next, I tested Pop!_OS with Cosmic, but it didn't click for me. I also gave Cachy with KDE a shot, but ran into some errors, so I went back to Fedora with KDE.

Now, I'm looking for advice on a few specific distros:
1. Is Manjaro a good choice? I often see it mentioned alongside Pop!_OS and Linux Mint as beginner-friendly options. Is it stable, customizable in KDE like the others, and do many people use it?
2. I've heard Opensuse also supports KDE but seems less beginner-friendly. Is it harder to use? Can a beginner customize it, and is it stable or prone to breaking?
3. Between Fedora, Manjaro, and Opensuse, which do you think is the most beginner-friendly and stable for KDE? I'd love to know if there's any other good KDE distros out there!

You should definitely try Kubuntu or KDE Neon! They both focus on KDE and are pretty user-friendly. I’ve had a good experience with their interfaces and overall performance.

I'd recommend checking out the distro selection page for additional insights! As for Manjaro, many consider it a solid choice for beginners, especially since it has access to the AUR. Plus, the pamac installer makes managing packages via a GUI super easy!

Totally agree! The AUR access is a big plus for flexibility and convenience.
